Before you book: create a restore point
As standard practice, we create a Windows System Restore Point on your PC at the start of every session, so any change we make can be undone instantly if ever needed.
We strongly recommend you also create one yourself beforehand, on your own — this way, a restore point is already in place before we even begin, and there's nothing to worry about either way. If you're not sure how, just mention it when you message us — we'll guide you through the process for free, before your session starts.
